Terms and conditions of Sale


Title in the Goods to be sold remains with Vintage and Veteran until payment in full is made by the buyer and received by Vintage and Veteran.

By purchasing the Goods the Buyer is deemed to have examined, or had the opportunity to examine the Goods, and agrees that the Goods are in every particular, fit for the purpose and use required by the Buyer.

Unless otherwise stated in the description of Goods, the Goods are being sold "as is".  No representations or warranties are made by seller.

Historic vehicles cannot be expected to conform or perform to the original manufacturer’s specifications.  The buyer has the obligation to operate the historic vehicle with due consideration and after due mechanical preparation with regard to the age and condition of the vehicle.

Vintage and Veteran has tried to disclose all information known about the Goods for sale.  Please be advised that historic vehicles will have inherent defects for their year and mechanical and electrical parts are subject to failure.  Vintage and Veteran welcomes and recommends a buyer's inspection.  The buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.

Buyer's Inspection
Information provided by Vintage and Veteran is not guaranteed and should not be considered as a substitute for the prospective Buyer's due diligence in physically inspecting the Goods.  Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this historic vehicle to you.



Vintage and Veteran hold full title to the Goods being purchased by the buyer and indemnify the buyer against any claims to the contrary.  Vintage and Veteran will indemnify the buyer to the extent of the purchase price should any claim prove successful.
